This summer has been a lot of fun!
(Even with Jeremy working hard on finishing his thesis!)
Here are a few of the fun things that we have done!
Annual Swim Party at Aunt Kris and Uncle Mark's house!
All the boys playing Bocce Ball
Micah, Abby and Tessa
This picture was taken before Micah jumped back into the pool without his life jacket and was . . .well . . . kind of drowning . . . good thing Nate came to the rescue saving his son, and his cookie . . but not the phone in his pocket!
(Hurry! Get the rice!)

Happy Happy Birthday Jeremy!
We had a wonderful few days celebrating his birthday with yummy dinners, fun cards in the mail and presents!
For the 24th of July we went to Mapleton so Jeremy could enjoy his first Mapleton 24th of July celebration! The celebration includes a parade that now lasts longer than 20 minutes!
(This parade mainly consists of all the primary children in each ward on a float, which is usually a trailer with bales of hay, or riding their awesome decorated bikes!) After the parade you walk over to the park where they have a big carnival going on. This year they had a climbing wall and bounce houses . . . wow we are stepping up in the world!
We thought this was pretty neat . . . a tank pulling a handcart!
We love parades!
Micah, Maren and Hatee waiting to get their collection of candy!
Stacie and Brandon and their cute kids were in town. So we were able to meet up with them at the park and hang out for a while! We had a great time!
This is me meeting Stacie's baby for the first time! Jeremy says I look like Cousin Itt in this picture! I just had to kiss those cheeks!
He is so stinken cute!
Yes, I know how to hold a baby . . . . it just looks like I don't in this picture!
Brandon and Stacie and their cute cute family!
That night we had fun playing in Grandma and Grandpa Hjorth's front yard!
It is fun to have the swings set up so you can have a 2 for 1!
We were practicing our awesome Tarzan swinging skills on the other chains!
Grandma and Maren sitting on the front porch watching.
I have SO many memories sitting with my Grandma on that porch!
Hatee and Micah dodging the sprinklers!
Walking back to our house from playing!
Nate . . stop being so creepy!
And a picture of the shop to end this post . . . . why you might ask?! Why not!?
For those of you who don't know, this is my dad's shop/business, which is next to my grandparent's house, which is across the street from my parents house!
