Halloween, Pumpkins and More!

I guess since it is December I should blog about the rest of October!  I will get to November in a few days!  haha 
We had my cousins boys come and stay for a weekend while they went out of town.  Avery loved the entertainment the boys provided!  Jeremy and Avery watching Gavin and Cameron playing in our backyard.

She fell back asleep one morning in our bed and looked so little and cute, I just had to take a picture!

We met Grandma, Abby and Tessa at Gardner Village to see the witches.  It was perfect weather and we had fun walking around.

I saw this idea of putting your baby in a pumpkin and taking their picture on Pinterest.  I had to do it and Avery didn't seem to mind too much!

6 month pictures

My friend Kera from high school (and college) is a great photographer and I asked her to take Avery's 6 month pictures.  Kera and I were actually high school yearbook photographers together (oh the memories)!  She and her husband and cute baby Crosby came down one Sunday afternoon and she took Avery's pictures.  We had a fun time visiting and of course trying to get Avery to smile!   

 I saw this idea on Pinterest (of course) and wanted to try it out.  I think it turned out super cute!

 Kera had this cute little sweater and long socks passed down from her husbands family and wanted to try it out.  I love her chubby thighs!

This is Kera's little guy Crosby.  He is so cute and it was funny to see the two interact.  Avery is giving him the fish hook while he is trying to get her flower!  Love it!

Elephant

Avery was an Elephant for Halloween.  She looked oh so cute in her costume!  When she would be in it she would get so hot though (long shirt, tights, head thing and big puffy coat, I can't imagine why!?!).  We went in our backyard one night and snapped a few pictures of her.  As you will see she was definitely more interested in the pumpkins (which were grown in OUR garden!) than having her picture taken.
